Ideological, ceremonial and educational leadership for Oraynu is provided by Rabbis and Madrikhim ordained by the International Institute for Secular Humanistic Judaism. Rabbis and Madrikhim are recognized worldwide as clergy and are licensed by the Province of Ontario to perform marriages. The International Institute for Secular Humanistic Jews offers a rabbinical program leading to ordinationm. Administrative leadership for Oraynu is provided by an elected Board of Directors with a committee structure.
