This seminar is open to Oraynu members, the public and to IISHJ students as a credit course.
The IISHJ Adult Jewish Education Certificate Course is ideal for all adults who wish to begin, or further, their Jewish
education. It provides excellent preparation for adult Bat/Bar Mitzvah or adoption/conversion. Matriculating students
enrolled in the IISHJ are training to become professional leaders in the Secular Humanistic Jewish movement.

INFORMATION FOR IISHJ CREDIT STUDENTS
This course, Elective Seminar JH 120, is suitable for those students undertaking either the IISHJ Adult Jewish Education Certificate Program, or the IISHJ Leader Training Program.
The IISHJ Adult Jewish Education Certificate Program is ideal for all adults who wish to begin or further their Jewish education. It provides excellent preparation for adult Bat/Bar Mitzvah or adoption / conversion.
The IISHJ Leader Training Program trains clergy and professional leaders in the Secular Humanistic Jewish movement.
In order to receive credit students are required to:
 Attend the entire seminar
 Complete the post-seminar assignment
 Participate in question and discussion periods.
 Read the Course Reading Kit before the seminar
