General information
  • SCHOOL HOURS: Oraynu’s School program takes place on Sunday mornings, 10am to 12:30pm (Tots and K hours are 10:45 -12:15)
  • LOCATION: We permit space at St. Andrews Junior High School, 131 Fenn Ave, Bayview / York Mills. This is a TDSB facility.

School Fees for 2019-20

Classroom Tuition, JK/SK

  • Member child – $200
  • Non-member child – $250

Classroom tuition, Gr. 1-7

  • Member child – $940
  • Non-member child – $1,295 (only available to Grades 1-5)
  • Reductions for siblings – $50 per sibling
  • Discount for early registration by Sun June 30, 2019 – $100 per child
  • Non-refundable portion of tuition – $200 per child

Bnai Mitzvah Group Ceremony participation fee – $2,900 per child ($2000 for a 2nd twin)

  • Fees may be paid in full at time of registration, or will be accepted at a minimum of 50% with registration and the balance payable by a series of cheques, promptly submitted by mail and all post-dated before December 15, 2019.
  • Alternate arrangements may be made with the Office Manager.
  • Tax receipts will be issued to the cheque writer or credit card holder, unless Oraynu receives written instructions to the contrary.
  • Tax receipts will be issued after the end of the calendar year for payments made during that calendar year.
  • Oraynu bursaries are available (limited and intended for families in financial need). Please inquire. The application deadline is August 31.
    • Your school fees only partially cover the costs of operating our Children’s School. The actual cost of the program is almost $2000 per student.  Our school relies on member and school family donations, and on grants from the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.
    • Thank you for considering a generous donation to help support our school and youth programs, and to maintain the high quality of both.
