Principal and School Committee

Oraynu Children’s School is administered by the Principal and a volunteer School Committee who meet regularly to organize school activities and events and to set policies. Our Principal and School Committee maintain a diverse complement of educational, cultural, social, charitable and other communal programming. We welcome and encourage parents to join a committee and take an active voice in their children’s Jewish education.

Curriculum Director

Our history and values-based curriculum was written by certified Secular Humanistic Jewish Leaders Rabbi Eva Goldfinger and Rabbi Karen Levy. Rabbi Levy is our current Curriculum Director.

Staff

Our Principal and the other members of our teaching staff are accredited teachers. Our educators maintain the highest professional standards and are caring individuals. They are committed to their students and to the goals of Oraynu. Our teachers promote inclusive classrooms, encouraging all students to realize their potential. At Oraynu, the staff helps our students acquire the knowledge, skills and values they need to become responsible members of the school community and society at large.
