Meet our Principal

Risa Morris

Risa is a highly accomplished and dedicated educator with a strong background in drama. She has taught at Havergal College and the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) for over two decades, and has also served on the board of  Oraynu Congregation. In addition to her work as a teacher, Risa is a talented actor and director who has performed across Canada, and she has used her talents to raise thousands of dollars for important charities such as Doctors Without Borders and Youth Without Shelter. In 2014, she joined the Oraynu Children’s School as a teacher, and she has since been promoted to the role of Principal. Currently, Risa is enrolled in the IISHJ leadership program to become a Madrikha. With her passion for education and the arts, Risa has made a significant impact on her students, her community, and the broader field of education.
