We are going to see the Yiddish version of “Fiddler on the Roof” — FIDLER AFN DAKH — presented with subtitles.
The acclaimed Joel Grey-directed show played in New York for 18 months. The award-winning actor Steven Skybell will reprise his role as Tevye in the Toronto production. The cast also includes: Jamie Elman (from “Yidlife Crisis”), Gabi Epstein, Tracy Michailidis, and Theresa Tova as Yente.
